First, this is not a traditional hotel with services. It is temporary furnished corporate housing. Many of the condos are actually occupied by their owners. We stayed at the Regents La Jolla for two months from July through August 2014. We booked the Regents through the corporate housing company Suite America after I was transferred to San Diego for work and while we looked to purchase a home. We had a two bedroom suite, two bathrooms and a full kitchen and living room. The rooms were excellent, furnished, and very clean. The pool area was fantastic for the kids. The Regents appears to be a combination of personally owned and corporate temp housing leases. The property is in a great location in UTC with great access to shopping and restaurants--my wife was very happy. It's not too far from the beach---La Jolla shores in only about a 10 minute drive. We were very pleased and would recommend this property.
