Do not stay at Motel 6 San Dimas. The property is poorly maintained, the outside smelled strongly of urine, and the room had bugs. Basic amenities like a fridge or microwave, which most hotels provide, were not included. Customer service was rude and dismissive when I asked for help or an upgrade. Completely unacceptable for the price.

Had a great experience here at motel 6, Andrea was very helpful and i would give it 10 stars if i could. there was a lot of parking and my car was safe when i woke up. I felt safe in the motel so overall it was an amazing experience. I will definitely be coming back!

This was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Please see attached pictures. It was dirty, and I mean really dirty and infested with little cockroaches that scattered across the floor. Spend a little more and stay in a cleaner establishment.
