America's Best Inn - Fisherman's Wharf

The room conditions are terrible and pose a health hazard. The conditions have been reported to the hotel staff but in a stubborn manner refuse to do anything to address the issue, but instead concentrate of unimportant details, such as when I reported the issues, semantics that are besides the point. They choose to ignore the seriousness of the room conditions at the expense of their guests!

When booked, thought the price was about $78, but turned out to be over 220. pnight. Too late, because booked on website and couldn't cancel upon arrival. No ice, very old building, paint chipped, dirty spots on the wall, lukewarm water never got hot. Good location in SF, and it had parking lot; but there are much better places to stay for that price. Won't go back.

AWFUL. DIRTY. UNABLE TO GET MONEY BACK. One person agrees to something, then manager doesn’t like it and tells staff not to do what they had agreed on a few days prior when reservation was done. Manager refuses to come out and speak to guest. Never !
