Best Western Plus Half Moon Bay Lodge

We hadn’t been here for 10 years or so, but the place is still charming and beautiful. But before I checked in they told another customer that the jacuzzi was broken. What??!! That is one of the main reasons we chose this place. If I had known that, honestly I would have booked somewhere else. Other people I met at the pool felt the same way. That being said I will knock one star off. The staff is very hospitable and accommodating. Rooms are very nice, though the smoke smell from the fireplace is strong. If you are sensitive like me, and can’t tolerate a strong smoke smell ..get a different room without one. I recommend the suites. Love the outdoor fireplace however. That is new and makes it very relaxing at night.

Only stayed one night but it was vey nice. Enjoyed the room, large hot tub, and delicious breakfast! Want to stay longer next time.

Awesome lodge! Stayed for the first time for our 25th anniversary. Decided to bring our dog because reviews said they were dog friendly! From friendly registration, affordable prices, and super dog friendliness we could not have asked for more. We won’t stay anywhere else in Half Moon! Thanks for an amazing stay! More then we expected.
