Best Western Plus Tuscan Inn

We enjoyed our time at Hotel Zoe. We booked a king suite so we had a separate living room and bedroom which worked very well and we enjoyed the space. The bathroom was clean and shower was great. We had two car seats delivered to the hotel which was there the day we arrived, which was handy and was grateful we were able to do so. They also offer complimentary smores each evening which our kids really enjoyed (as did we). Things that were so great, we found the curtains poor so they didn't block out any light, although with jet lag it didn't affect us getting to sleep. The rooms were also quite noisy with the traffic. The room was a bit worn in places, which didn't bother us but they need some maintenance though as some of the blind cords were not attached to the wall which is a strangulation risk for children. Also, $8.75 for a bottle of water in the room is ridiculous, highly recommend a trip to nearby Trader Joe's instead. They also leave a soft toy crab in the room, inevitably our kids because very attached but we found smaller, cheaper crabs down on pier 39, so bought they one of those each rather than fighting over the one in the room. These money grabbing opportunities put us off a bit. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but probably would have a look at other hotels first before returning to this one.

Hotel Zoe is the perfect hotel for a stay near Fisherman's Wharf. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. The on-site restaurant, Pescatore, is excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Our dinner was one of the highlights of our trip. We definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in San Francisco!
