Best Western Tuscan Inn at Fishermans Wharf

My husband and son raved about their stay at Hotel Zoe last year. So naturally, we HAD to incorporate another Hotel Zoe stay into this year’s road trip adventures. Let me tell you, my boys did not exaggerate! From the professional, efficiency of the valet team, to the extremely helpful, kind service of the front desk staff (shout out to Emelda!), to the wonderfully hardworking, lovely housekeeping crew, to the perfectly clean rooms, comfortable bed, etc, WE LOVE HOTEL ZOE!! And we look forward to coming back again!! Thank you for making our stay welcoming and memorable!!

First, all our interactions with hotel staff were fine and pleasant; housekeeping included. Otherwise, I have a list of issues. Nothing entirely gross or major, but a lot more attention to detail is needed in all aspects for this hotel. Several long, dark hairs on a clean towel. Lack of collecting dirty towels in the bathroom. Bathtub looking like it had not even been cleaned during one of the days we asked for service. Loud sanding directly next door to our room at 9:30 PM on a weekend tonight. What?! Zero actions taken after I called the hotel well in advance to have things placed in our room for my partner's birthday. They completely dropped the ball and spaced on this. Very disappointing. I would only stay here again if other options were limited.
