Hotels (and motels) in SF are obscenely expensive during the 2nd week of January, otherwise I would normally opt for more traditional brand-name accommodations, and usually closer to downtown. One thing that attracted me to the property is its proximity to the Presidio and the nice cafes/restaurants on nearby Chestnut St. However, there are few amenities, as to be expected. The walls are also very thin and the bathroom floor can be very slippery, at least in the room that I had. I felt like the property was reasonably safe. I give it 4 out of 5 because of the value, but you have to manage expectations if you normally stay at traditional, nationally-known hotels.

It's at a great location and is great for passing through the room is great you can't say bad the shower still goes so but otherwise it's great 👍🏻 the beds are also very comfortable, what still bothers a bit is that at night the light comes through the window but that is quickly settled with two bathroom doors👍🏻

I didn’t actually go to the hotel, i had a booking there, and due to some circumstances I had to cancel my reservation last minute. I received a package there that was supposed to be sent to me, and the hotel staff were super responsive, very helpful and supportive for me to get my package back to New York. This shows true commitment to service and cusotmer satisfaction. Thank you Jack for your amazing support.
