Dakota Hotel

Stayed in Glasgow for a few days and came here for breakfast, didn't really know what to expect but it was lovely. Selection was a bit limited, but got a great welcome and service from Thomas, would highly recommend.

Great staff, good complimentary mini bar, fantastic sized room and amazing shower - how it should be when you come to a hotel. Clean, affordable luxury. This will be our new go-to hotel in Glasgow for sure!

We just love the bars in the Dakota Hotel and always visit it when we are in town either on our own or with family and friends. We enjoy the table service there, chatting to the staff, fabulous drinks selection and the music too. One afternoon my "Dakota Loyalty App" wasn't working at all in the bar and I mentioned it to one of the staff -Niamh and she was so kind and helpful to me and said that when we were ready for the bill she would add our loyalty points onto our membership. Niamh was very patient and talked me through how to find my membership no and then she duly added our points on. She always remembers us when we go in and will come over and say hello to us. We will be in again this weekend with my mother in law that lives in Ascot-its also her favourite place to visit when she comes to Leeds. Its always an enjoyable time in The Dakota Hotel with all the lovely staff and great bar areas. Sharon Burdin
