Hotel Kabuki

Loved our stay here! The location right in the heart of Japantown is perfect, and I really appreciated the beautiful cultural touches throughout the hotel's décor. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

No customer service upon arrival or at any point throughout my stay. the room was outdated and had no dresser, and was poorly furnished. I now need to follow up with them because what I was quoted was not what they charged me and what they sent on the receipt was different from both what they quoted and what I was charged.

Rooms and overall hotel are very clean and have everything you need. Stuff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just a little outdated but nice
