Nikko Hotel San Francisco

Clean and safe, incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Close to Powell station. Gorgeous decor and the art exhibit was great. Upgraded toilets were a superb touch. Uber drivers have no idea how to get to correct spot for drop off or pick up.

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable room. All of the staff members that assisted us were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. No concerns with the location, our family felt as safe here as any other area we visited while in San Francisco.

Stay at hotel Nikko was outstanding. Hotel is fantastic. We enjoyed the clean rooms and outstanding service from the staff. Hotel pool was outstanding and we enjoyed watching the movie there on the big screen as part of their summer program. But outside the hotel, the city itself was disappointing. It smelled like pee and smoke; also didn’t feel safe walking around with kids.
