Travelodge Central San Francisco

The man at front desk was terrible, he did not try to help me or get me checked in, i had to spend hour or more with customer support even though he found my reservation and had the info on paper and in his computer right in front of him. My reservation was obviously valid and paid for, he was being cruel and harsh. it was extremely stressful. this place has many homeless wondering onto the property or actually booking a room many low people and smokers in the halls at least the halls are open to air but it still gets smoke into rooms, if u can find anything else in any area of city best to choose that, bc its a bad one star property. the front desk is only a tiny window after dark with safety glass like for bullet proof. they also play game where they have room ready but make u wait in lobby for two hours till the exact check in time.

Motel well located but very noisy and badly frequented. Unfriendly staff and very poor hygiene. We saw several cockroaches and dirty underpants in the room. The price was low but not worth it. Me and my friends do not recommend it.

I have never received my US$ 100 security deposit back, after staying for 2 nights. I could have stayed in a much better place for that price. I did not receive any answer, even after calling and sending several emails.
