Budget friendly hotel , it is SAFE here , safe walk to Union Square , ,Chinatown, A bus ride to Fisherman's Wharf they have 24-7 security , very accommodating staff -- shout out to Ms.Maren and Reisha for your kindness . Mabuhay ! 🇵🇭

Our stay was so pleasant. The hotel is very clean, has comfortable beds, and the staff is super nice. Especially Angel with her cheerful demeanor and helpful tips made our day better.

We arrived around 10 am July 6th and knew we wouldn’t get our room but the young lady at the desk was so polite and helpful with storing our bags and recommendations for the weather and area. Once we returned around 3 we were not greeted kindly at all. The staff barely looked up from their phones and seemed so inconvenienced to greet us. I had a simple question about my reservation that I had adjusted and the woman at the desk was continuously sighing and rolling her eyes while staring in the rudest manner possible. I then notice the gentleman at the desk signal to security to come in, security dropped his weed pen to the front desk and continued to hover around me and my fiancé as if we were going to attack. We are both very familiar with the field of hospitality and I don’t believe that word is even in this hotel’s vocabulary. Awful way to start an engagement celebration.
