Days Inn San Jose Airport

Our stay at the Country Inn began with a small inconvenience, as the room we were initially given did not correspond to the category we had reserved. However, the way the hotel staff handled the situation truly deserves recognition. They responded promptly, with great professionalism and genuine care, and went above and beyond to make things right. We were soon moved to a beautiful, comfortable room, where—after an especially long and exhausting journey—we were finally able to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly restful night’s sleep. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team for their swift response and exceptional level of service. We already have another stay booked at this hotel on April 26, and we very much look forward to returning. We hope that our next visit will be just as pleasant, with everything working perfectly from the very beginning. We will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances. Our highest compliments to the team!

Great service! Great price!! Great front desk people! Everything was perfect, clean and very friendly! And best breakfast ever especially since I didn't have to cook it!! LOL!!

Breakfast at 7:30?? We were long gone by then. But room was clean, hotel was quiet, staff was helpful. I'd likely stay here again.
