Embassy’s suite in Milpitas is so nice! Pitchy at the front desk is an amazing representative for Hilton. She is very sweet and asked all the right questions! Thank you pitchy. You’re the best!

The attention of this hotel Leave a lot to be desired. Terrible!!!! We have always stayed at the Embassy and it is the first time we have been treated so rudely badly. We are Hilton Honor and the truth is that a star is a lot. Hilton you have to check him staff at this hotel because we are paying for the room we are not staying free! Don’t stay because from the front desk you are greeted by the worst.

I’ve stayed here for a couple weeks at a time due to close proximity to job site and the breakfast is decent. Unfortunately, the customer service here is by far the worst out of any establishment I have ever visited. After speaking with the GM a few times, he gives off a scammy vibe that any chance they get, they will try to sqeeze every last penny they could possibly get from you. You better hope your plans don’t change in the slightest because they will jump at the opportunity to charge you extra fees or deny your request all together. The GM openly admitted that he could make a minor change to accommodate, but instead chose not to due to how it affects the bottom line.
