HOWARD JOHNSON EXPRESS INN SAN JOSE

This is fine for what you pay. Room is clean and staff are very friendly. Room is convenient for San Jose. Just a little noisy if your room is on the road.

The internet wifi stopped working and although I TOLD THE FRONT DESK THREE times, they did not get it to work. What is bad is that there was no place in the shower to place the soap or shampoo. Also there is no place to hang the shower towel. Same for the sink, no place to hand the towel. No mention of breakfast. I would not recommend this Signature Inn. The only thing good was the housekeeping.

I’ve stayed here several times and received small remarks from the management however my most recent stay took the cake management bursted in my room unwarranted and when I asked about it after clothing and calming myself down they proceeded to tell me it was completely an accident and to not worry about it. Come to hotel elan, experience embarrassment and let me know how it you felt about it .
