Hyatt House San Josesilicon Valley

Excellent Service and a Great Stay I had a very positive stay at Hyatt House San Jose/Silicon Valley. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and they went out of their way to have my room ready much sooner than expected. Even though there had been an issue with my reservation being canceled, the staff handled everything professionally and efficiently, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel's overall atmosphere was welcoming. One area where I think the hotel could improve is sustainability. I didn't notice a recycling bin in my room, and I would love to see more vegan food options and a water refill station with both still and sparkling water. I've seen this at other hotels, and it would be a convenient way to encourage guests to use reusable bottles while reducing plastic waste. Overall, the exceptional service made this a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. I left feeling well cared for and very satisfied with my stay.

The Hyatt House in San Jose was an excellent place to stay during the USA-Bosnia and Herzegovina game in the FIFA World Cup. The room was need and had what we needed. I was surprised by the amenities, including the larger-sized fridge/freezer, induction stove, dishware, and dishwasher. We had ample room to live in and enjoy the short time in the hotel. All the staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was ready for us when we were ready.

Convenient location for meetings with Google nearby, lots of restaurants, CVS, Target, and two Starbucks. Very close to the highway.
