This Westin will claim that since the restaurant is operated by a 3rd party, they are not required to provide free breakfast for a guest +1 as the guaranteed welcome gift for platinum and above. This is absolutely not true and, fortunately for me, it only took a couple days for Marriott to agree that it's a violation of the T&C and cut a $100 cheque. The hotel will no doubt continue to argue will loyal travellers about their greedy breakfast policy, but Marriott will eventually agree that the hotel is in the wrong, just like that did for me.

Stayed a few times and always pleased. Comfortable beds, quiet and very nice staff. Easy valet parking and wonderful location

Awful Hotel — ripped carpet in the room . Cobwebs on the dirty windows and the view is a parking lot this is the room reserved for Ambassadors, I cannot imagine what they offer regular guests I would avoid this Hotel at all costs . The worst Westin I’ve ever stayed in
