Pet owners BEWARE. The "pet friendly" rooms are carpeted. To avoid the risk of additional room cleaning costs, which can be very high (read the conditions) if your pet has an accident you MUST request an ADA room. These are tiled throughout. I suggest taking hygiene wipes to clean up accidents and leave the room smelling fresh. They do not tell you about the floors on the online booking page. I requested a pet friendly room with a king bed but discovered the carpet issue only when I arrived. I had to change to an ADA room that did not have a king bed. Otherwise, this is a nice hotel. Reasonable price, excellent access to Highway 101 and walking distance to local eateries. The Chinese restaurant next door has an extensive menu but is bit expensive. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent with a good range of options. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the evening desk clerk who arranged the room change when I arrived.

The room was clean, but apparrently you aren't suppossed to expect them to ever come clean your room the 5 days you are there. I asked on the 4th day before 10am, upon returning that day the door to our room was ajar, it was open All Day!!! Reported it to management and they said OH it happens all of the time. There was a notice housekeeping left and underlined saying i should have asked before 10am, which I did. They have alot of construction workers staying there, I dont really think they care about individuals. We will not be returning. Beds are very uncomfortable as well. And the pillows. Please note they LEFT OUR ROOM DOOR OPEN ALL DAY BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR THE ROOM TO BE CLEANED!

Paid in full. Everything was wonderful until we found out after the fact that we were charged $40 extra for an “early check in “. We arrived early and just went in to say that we were in town. We were informed our room was ready 1:30. We didn’t request it. New policy: We have never experienced a fee for early check in. We were not informed of the fee at the time. They just gave me a paper to sign. No verbal acknowledgement of what I was signing. Very sneaky, underhanded. We paid $666 + already! Called to contest this charge. Front desk hung up on me. Called again. Thomas “the manager” answered and told me that in no way would he reimburse the $40 “early check in” He refused to give me his last name. Beware! He was rude, condescending and confrontational. I shall be contacting corporate offices
