Embassy Suites Santa Ana Orange County Airport

This place is awful. It’s rundown, dirty, and falling a part. The floor to our bathroom had a significant lean to it, the door wouldn’t shut correctly, the couch was worn out, the springs were shot, paint splotches everywhere, and the elevator was disgusting. The cherry on top was the airport shuttle only running from 0900 to 1700. Terrible.

HORRIBLE LOCATION and accommodations are the WORSE!!! We are Hilton Honors Diamond Reserve Members and have stayed at Hilton Properties all over the world — this one is a cesspool!!! AC does not function, unclean and not maintained rooms, and on and on!!! The building should be condemned!!! It’s bad beyond words. We checked out after 3 days and stayed at a different location.

Pros - rooms and hotel were clean. Breakfast area, especially the made to order eggs were great, Bar area with evening "mixer" is a nice feature. Location to gas station and highway made getting around easier. Cons - Hotel is outdated compared to many other Hilton products where I stay. Room doesn't have any USB charging plugs, Rooms needed some modernization. Heat in my room didn't work. Sliding door to the balcony was difficult to lock and unlock and could feel the breeze going through the worn out seals. The ceiling in the gym area was literally falling off the structure and many of the dumbbells were missing.
