The location of this inn is why we booked it - easy to walk to beach and pier and into downtown. As mentioned previously the decor is dated but the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok with the normal pastries and coffee available. Pool was clean and you can get bikes from the sister hotel opposite at no extra charge, which we made full use of. Check in staff were not as helpful as on previous hotels and inns we stayed in out our trip.

The room was clean but not as lovely as the images show. They served a light breakfast which was included. However, I was disappointed to find extra charges beyond our confirmed room rate of $255.00 for one night. The fact they charged an extra $30.60 "Room bed tax" and another $5.10 TBID (whatever that is!) made it unlikely we would return.

The room wasn't very homey. The food was average. We found the bed uncomfortable for us. They were kind and helpful however.
