Don’t go there. The beds are uncomfortable in both rooms we tried. The drain in the shower was clogged and the water didn’t go down. The walls are peeling. The a/c is noisy and the room totally overpriced, we paid over $300.

Clean, comfortable. Older style but refurbished to a good standard. Furniture, fixtures and appliances in good order. . Helpful staff. Would stay again.

My husband and I just stayed at the Town and Country Inn on State Street and really loved the vintage vibe of it! It felt so "vacation-y" to be there! Each room appears to be different, although we didn't see them all of course. Clean, quiet, great location and walkable area. It's reasonably priced, the manager was sweet and helpful as was the cleaning person we met when leaving. I would love to come back. It's very different from other hotels so if you are expecting the norm, this might not be it. But that is exactly what we DID like (plus the other things mentioned above).
