Hotel Stratford

Checking in was an absolute nightmare. Why would you guys have a digital screen with a virtual worker? It made the process so much longer. I arrived at 2:50 and didn’t get into my room u til 3:35 because of how long it took to even get my ID scanned. You have a front desk there? USE IT. Not to mention my room’s wifi didn’t even work which I PAID FOR. Other than that the room was fine. I don’t think I’d be going with WAFER next time.

There are insects that bite the body, causing itching on the skin day and night all the time, and they seem to be coming from the trees next to the hotel. In addition, the internet is very slow and poor and needs to be improved in the rooms. However, the rooms are spacious and the location is close to all areas and cities.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Wafer Hotel 450. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff was always very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy our stay. Thank you very much for the good service! We would gladly return and can recommend the hotel.
