Plaza Suites

Pool is great, but the hotel staff is horrendous. Also keep in mind, this location does not serve complimentary breakfast.

good hotel that was able to accomadate at least 200 of us traveling together .. nice pool and welcoming staff . only a 30 min walk to the other side of the highway .

1) Request for early check-in 2 days before the date - No responded 2) Arrived the lobby at 11:40am after long haul from Singapore and told room not ready and only can check in at 4pm as stated. - Ok, fair enought. 3) Go shop around at Great Mall and return at lobby 4pm. Told room not ready and given excuse, fully book before night..blar.blar.blar. So? customer need the outcome, you should work around, pull more resources, man power as you already foresee will be tight. 4) 4:45pm get the room with complimentary drink token - Ok, good crisis management, but only take action after several customers facing the late check-in as me. 5) Management does not accommodate the long haul customer which should putting in priority list. Very disappointed. I think they haven't experience as long haul customer and delayed to check in. 6) No tooth brush and paste - provided upon request....what is this? This supposed to be standard all around the world. 1st time in my travel life need get it from front desk. 7) Drinking water provided but only FOC for elite membership - Fine, but no kettle provided and guess what..need request from front desk. 8) Location wise - Nothing were surrounding - Not advise for those without car (especially oversea traveler without renting car). This is totally difference standard compared to my Xi'an stay on June for a week. Will convey my stay experience to rest of my colleague who which to travel here. Recommend the management visit and learn from them how to run the hotel.
