Oceana Hotel Santa Monica

We had a wonderful stay at Oceana Santa Monica. Kevin Hong, the General Manager, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly kind and attentive, and even arranged a late checkout until 2 PM for us. The handwritten note was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our stay feel extra special. Beautiful hotel, thoughtful service, and a very warm welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you, Kevin, for making our last night in Santa Monica so memorable!
