Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa

Hello Fellow Travellers, I would like to express my gratitude towards This hotel for making our first experience with them with 10 stars 🌟 From the moment we walked thru the doors we were greeted with a friendly hello and a warm welcome. The knowledge of the Hotel Host Abiel Seleba of his business and local surrounding areas was the best my wife and have come across in any of Bestwestern chains. We areregulars of best western and were excited based on the photos for this stay. The stay did not live up to the websites expectations at all. The pool was super small. The pullout bed for the kids Celts like sleeping on springs, no cushion at all. All the pillows were lumpy. The screen doors were broken off. In general the place is kind of a dump. I will not be staying again and would not recommend.

Fine motel, friendly staff, a lot of choices for breakfast (included). A funny thing: you may know about the wildfire that devastated the city a few years ago. Our room had retro-fitting for exterior sprinklers! The room was clean. It's near the freeway, so that's convenient, and a little noisy. It's big enough that you should be able to ask the desk clerk for a quieter room if you come early enough. Bonus for electric car drivers, there's a J-1772 charger in back.
