this place is so gross and i felt very unsafe there. checked in for three night stay around 9pm after a long drive, and first was sent to a dark isolated room where the AC had been off and it was 85 degrees. i called the front desk and they had me come back to get a key to a different room. even thought that room also had no AC and was at 80 degrees, i was tired and moved all my stuff over. upon entering this second room, i noticed how disgusting it was. see pics. moldy ceiling panels falling down, mold and dust around the bathroom fan (which smelled so strong of sewage), crusty booger type globs on bathroom door by handle, so many hairs in the shower, stains on everything. this is a one star motel, not a three star hotel as advertised. i felt unsafe making a big deal about the cleanliness to the nice male front desk agent- it was late and i was a solo female traveler and there were a lot of unsavory characters all lingering about and staying down the hall. i had to be at work at 5am and there wasn’t a single hotel available in the area for me to go to. so i slept in all my clothes with a shirt on the gross pillowcase, and left early the next day, two days earlier than i booked. tried to get a hold of the manager, but none was available for two days, and now they won’t acknowledge that i tried to leave that first night, and didn’t stay the full three nights. being charged in full for three nights, which i can tell isn’t going towards housekeeping. just horrible customer service and guest experience. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want a decent place to stay. find anywhere else. i worked in hotels for over 10 years and this was one of the grossest i’ve seen

Disappointed overall with our stay here. Room needed some tlc and some bad stains on the floor. It was ok but felt our room was too expensive for the price we paid. Pool area was in need again if some tlc. Breakfast ok

Very close to the Reagan Presidential Library. A warm welcome from the person at the desk. Every time we passed by the desk, we were kindly greeted. Our room was upstairs, and the hotel stairs are a little steep, given that it is an older building. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom had a nice, big soaking tub, which my wife enjoyed greatly. The room had a wonderful balcony, and we enjoyed the warm daytime breezes and the cooler evening breezes. Breakfast was a welcome delight, with omelets available. Overall, you can't beat the deal this hotel gives you. We would stay again!
