Fort Ross Lodge

Very well-traveled along the 1, but this was the first time here. Staff was beyond kind to accommodate our early evening arrival even though most places in this area close quite early. The rooms are safe & peaceful. Late night hot tub after a long day is chef’s kiss.

Excellent Lodge, location and staff! I’m a traveler with high expectations…. Occasionally I stumble on a real gem and this one is it! Someone made sure their guests wished they had more time to stay longer. Newly renovated, clean, spacious with a view of the Pacific Ocean that can’t beat anywhere around the world. Great choice in coffee and linens, with a black soaking tub that beckons the guests to indulge. Across the street is a local store with a wonderful deli and choice wine bottles for purchase. Beautiful location, I was attending at event at Fort Ross State Park and this location was perfect. I had a cute little private bungalow, complete with two chairs outside to enjoy the coastal scenery. Bed was super comfy and the shower was hot. They provided plates, bbq tools, even rags to clean up kitchen items. Very pleasant stay!
