We are in the Fort Ross Room which is literally a little apartment, with a lovely view and very spacious. Jill and her team are SOOO helpful. Beware, no cell phone service - just FYI

Jenner is is up for sale and is definitely not as good as it used to be. We booked the Waterfall cabin which is advertised as a one bedroom cottage with a queen sized bed. Bed is a double so fairly small. It has a kitchen that has some cooking equipment but no toaster nice sitting room. Upstairs is a small sitting room It is advertised on its web site. But to our surprise someone was living up there. It has a separate entrance but it made us very uncomfortable. I asked about it at the reception and she said that the person who lived there would not stay there while we were there. The whole thing was odd. I would not visit Jenner inn again

This time we stayed not in one of the cottages along the Russian river, but on the premises; to our luck we had the accessible 'Kayaker' suite, which meant it was spacious, ground floor, had two queen beds and far views on the Russian river, but with Highway One in front. Parking in the back near door, and with private patio. Noise was cancelled pretty good. Seating area made for a relaxed arrival and happy hour. Good shower, good coffeemaker, heating, nice atmosphere. Good beds, and plenty of pillow (luckily one was not too thick;). All tiled floor with two main rugs. Suggestions ? Coat hooks near the door, and 4 little rugs beside the beds (for the cold floor)
