968 PARK HOTEL

Room is Dated, Dark & unclean , carpet sticky .. There was soiled bath towels from previous guests still in room walls are cracked & lock on door is so bad you can see through the gaps The Room on right to us was not a guest room however they played TV ALL NIGHT LONG EXTREMELY LOUD did not get any sleep at all we were in 272 This is Inn is in much need of serious maintenance & a makeover.. Dirty , Dark & noisy .. DO NOT STAY HERE

This was a nice hotel a long time ago. Now it's terrible. Do not stay here. Arrived and the staff are all outside smoking. Checked in and felt uncomfortable because the elevator, halls are not clean or maintained. Arrived at the room. Holes and satins in the carpet, dirty walls and windowsill. Air conditioning has dust and dirt in the vents and on top of unit. I only stayed the night because I was attending a concert and everything was sold out or I would of checked out and requested a refund, like i saw many people leaving. Never Again...

To start we were told our room would be ready at 2pm and someone would call us. We came back at 2:45pm and were told it would be ready by 4pm and someone would call us. We came back at 3:30pm and were able to check in but still we had not received a call. The elevator was broken. The hall way to our room was dirty had trash and crumbs. We got in our room and noticed it was semi-clean. My bag was on the luggage rack and I noticed a bug crawling on it. It was a Kissing Bug! They carry Chagas Disease that can lead to serious health issues! We wanted to change hotels all together but were not able to find another on such short notice. We settled for changing rooms. The girl at the front desk was able to switch our room. The second room did appear cleaner, however there were spider webs on the ceiling and a blood stain on the blanket. This is a run down motel in need of a major renovation! For $250 a night I would at least except it to be clean and the carpets to look like they were not from the 90's. We will not be staying again!!
