Stayed here 2 nights in room 116. The room was clean and nice. Nothing fancy. It is a rustic-y hotel so you have that element to the lodge. Bed was very comfortable with a topper on it. It was nice to have the kitchenette. There is no AC but has a ceiling fan. Carpet could be replaced. Staff is not onsite but I called to get an early check in and a person answered and obliged to my request. They will send you an email with instructions and the door code. It's off the main street a few blocks up. A lot of construction going on Pioneer Trail so that was a delay at times.

Where to start. It’s hot. There is no AC They have the pilot light in the heating system on radiating heat into the room. The tv system is 💩. Since when is a microwave and a coffee pot a kitchenette 🤦‍♂️. Don’t be lured into this place in summer because of the reviews which mostly come from winter visitors.

The stay was ok but the prop overcharged me by $60. I tried several times to contacted the property by phone and email with no answer and got a voicemail full on a regular basis. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to have to fight them for fraud. Very very disappointing as a consume.
