QUALITY INN AND SUITES CASINO

We had come from a highly disappointing and chaotic 3-day stay at Margaritaville (Stateline). We got a spacious corner suite at Hampton. Great staff for check-in. Plenty of parking. Saved our mini-vacation after a bad start.

Great well kept up hotel with free breakfast. Location is nice near many activities

The hotel was clean and well located. It is walking distance from the Lake Tahoe Harbor which is excellent for watching sunsets. The major flaw was the bathroom. The door was a sliding door with NO lock that barely fit the door area, leaving gaping holes on both sides. People entering the room could basically see you bathing. This made it quite uncomfortable for my family. We took a 2 queen bed room which obviously means it's not for just a couple. The bathroom was otherwise clean but this lack of privacy was very annoying and made the stay uncomfortable for us. The breakfast was ok but they were using tiny paper plates. I wish at the price we paid, they at least gave us real cutlery. The 24x7 coffee was good to have. One annoying thing which I must mention is the $15 parking charge per night. They could have done without it, specially cuz we paid a pretty good price for the room.
