Hotel Focus

Hotel room was tiny and could barely fit us and our luggage. Then I kept waking up to something crawling on my arm or neck. Parking lot was full even though I had a parking reservation. Thankfully, someone left while I was scouring the lot for the fourth time. Parking lot has ZERO security - wide open to the public, no cameras. Came back to find a star crack right in the middle of my wind shield. Shuttle only operates at certain windows of the day, and that, once per hour. You can certainly do better - look elsewhere.

It was HORRIBLE. Arrived back from Europe. Waited for shuttle - OK. Waited endlessly in line to check in. They knew they had a large number coming in on shuttle, so they only have one really slow clerk. Finally got our key, went to our room, opened the door - Occupied by another couple and all their belonging! I am a disabled, elderly woman. I will not stay somewhere unsafe. There is no safety system for the dispersement of keys. I won’t be beaten, killed, or robbed due to inadequate safety. All they said was “Sorry, it was a mistake.” I had to have a meltdown in the lobby and threaten to call the police to get a refund. We then had to drive, exhausted, hours home. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DANGEROUS!!!!

There was garbage in the room when we got in. Leaving the car there is worrisome.
