Sheraton Sunnyvale Hotel

This is an older hotel, but has been well kept. The restaurant is good and the club lounge is nice. It has a great pool and hot tub. The hotel staff is attentive and check in was a breeze. Overall a good value.

Despite the age of the hotel (I used to stay here in the 90’s) the rooms and facilities are in a good shape. There is a small garden and a pool. The gym is small and very basic. The hotel sits right next to highway 101 and 237 but the noise is not as bad as you might think. Good value for money.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a tourist visit to San Jose. The hotel have easy access to the highways that take you were you need to be in San Jose. You can drive to San Jose city-center in 10 minutes. The hotel is beautiful and have nice gardens surrounding it. The rooms are big but do need a refresh. They rooms only have 32-inch TV,s. I measured Wi-Fi speed to 5 Mb/s both up and down. The breakfast at the Faz restaurant was pretty bad. They have the basics but that's it. I expected more from a Sheraton. I do however like that the hotel had such beautiful gardens to rest in. And they have wild kolibris flying around in the garden, amazing !
