Best Western Trailside Inn

The lady behind the front desk was very nice, unfortunately the room wasn't. This property is very dated and is in dire need of repairs and updates. The doors don't really close. The floors are uneven and covered in cheap linoleum. The soap/shampoo dispenser didn't work and the lamp on the night stand was broken. The water pressure was low, but there was plenty of hot water. Upon pulling in to check in we saw a young adult riding a bike through the parking lot with a flashlight. He quickly exited the parking lot when he saw us which made it difficult to get a good night sleep and left me uneasy. Nothing special about the beds, but the sheets appeared clean and the exterior of the building was cute and quaint.

Great location on Main Street. Been staying at this motel since I was little. Stay was friendly and attentive. Restaurant next to the parking lot (free breakfast with a voucher from SureStay. Room was clean. Only knock is that it is better to stay on the second floor so that you don't hear the people walking upstairs.

As a prior reviewer commented, this is an old style outside access motel and shows its age a bit, BUT inside is a different world. Refreshed and refurbished it is top quality. Comfortable bed, wood floors(no dirty carpets!). good in room coffee… all great. Only negative was the hotel uses a voucher fornext door restaurant to provide breakfast, which could have been a-big plus, however the morning we left they seemed understaffed which led to a sour staff (only two?) attitude. At 7:30 there were four tables seated without food and four of us separate couples waiting to be seated (with many open tables). We anticipated a long wait to be served so after five minutes and no one new seated we left( hope motel not charged for the two vouchers we left at register). Though disappointed we did not hold the motel responsible but rather restaurant hence still five star rating hoping motel takes note.
