High Country Inn

We had a large room, decently lit, with a large mini-fridge with freezer and a microwave. The bed was comfortable. AC was good but a bit noisy. The bathroom was very poorly lit, making it hard to see to put on makeup. The toilet bowl was stained, and the toilet was very low to the ground. The sink backed up. The shower head was good. Breakfast was better than average. We had a good pasta dinner at the adjacent Pizza Factory.

I am rating Susanville Comfort Inn 5 as it is the cleanest motel I’ve stayed in ages. The whole facility looks brand new. The personal were very kind and accommodating. The hot morning breakfast was excellent and the pool/hot tub were relaxing.

Basic motel with nice clean spacious room. The breakfast was only adequate. I took the last of the bacon and sausage and they were slow to refill them,The reviews are probably correct in that it is the best place to stay in Susanville, which says a lot about Susanville.
