They are closing this place at the end of the year and are not doing anything to keep it nice. Our rooms were dirty and very dusty. There is not always someone in the office and you are supposed to be able to reach someone in the evenings and weekends by text, but that is always not true. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if you are staying here before the end of the year and have the opportunity to change your reservation - do it. I wouldn’t give them any extra money before they close.

Absolutely a terrible experience. We had a Studio Unit which was dingy, outdated, Noisy and extremely uncomfortable. Poor wiring inadequate for running the fans necessary to make the temperature of the unit tolerable and had small ants on the floor and countertops. We checked out after one night and went to a hotel. Worst experience we have had at an RCI Resort ever. Extremely dissatisfied.

We keep coming back. The staff are wonderful and all the little extras are great (popcorn, puzzles, movies etc). The hot tub is the best!! We love Tahoe sands for our family. They even let us use the oven in the lobby! Kids love basketball and the beach.
