Charter Inn & Suites

Stains on the sheets, sofa, bedding. Room needs s Deep cleaning. Not impressed at all by pool, spa, or exercise room. Breakfast was just ok. One guy at the front desk. Had a toilet clog, so he gave me the plunger because he had no back up. Would not recommend staying here. Frankly shocked that IHG would let this place fly a Holiday Inn Express flag.

Nice room/suite but noisy hotel. Noise from the street and noise inside the hotel. I spent two nights there and there was much noise near my room and above, starting 5 am. The room was comfortable and spacious. I believe the building is an old structure, remodeled, and without good sound insulation.

We spent the night here the night before we visited the sequoia trees. It was close enough for reasonable drive the next morning but yet still far enough that it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay. Nice clean room. Nice fitness center. Good breakfast!
