HAMPTON INN UNION CITY

A delightful stay out of the way. My friend and I are traveling comedians who have stayed in every kind of losing from the Ritz to a Roach Motel. This Quality Inn was a delightful surprise. Just off the interstate, this hotel is tucked away and cozy, but surrounded by food and shopping. The beds were soft and the sheets were clean. I drifted right away to sleep. The next morning we had to wake up early for a long drive, but I was able to sneak in a workout and breakfast (biscuits and gravy, hot link, eggs). A wonderful night's sleep in a cozy room. What more could you ask for on the go?

We stayed the Quality Inn Union. City, TN. The front desk staff were nice, helpful, and professional. There hotel overall was disappointing. We arrived at 9:00 pm local time. We checked in. We got our room cards. We went to the first room we were assigned. It was occupied. Glad the person was fast asleep. Went back to front desk. Got assigned another room. Got in and the bathroom light was a strobe light. We went back to the front desk and moved to another room. It was ok. The rooms are decent but could have used a more cleaning. The walls are thin and noise was an issue. The doors face outside. The neighbor a couple doors down decided to smoke pot and other drugs. It was obvious. It wafted under our door. We had to turn off our air unit due to is sucking in the odor. I will not stay at another Choice hotel. This is a second experience at a Choice hotel that was less than stellar. If you're paying for a room it needs to be clean and inviting. This was not. The outside of the hotel was trashy and there was litter everywhere. The landscape was overgrown and needed attention.

The pillows were the size of small couch throw pillows. The door would not lock. The parking lot had trash blowing about. The weeds in the landscaping were taller than the landscaping. The room was clean.
