Love the convenience of their location to universal studios. They had a timely shuttle bus that took us to and from the park. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was great size for my family of four. The Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a life saver. Dinner in their restaurant was delicious. Remember it California so it was a bit pricey but I loved it. Self parking was easy and not too bad price wise. I would stay again.

The rooms were clean and atmosphere was quiet and calm. The bathroom had everything we needed. The view was great and could see the city.

The location is amazing, with continuous shuttle service to universal studios. The rooms are ckean and soacious, water pressure in shower is superb. But I have two comments for management: 2 bottles per room on check in is ridiculous, someone staying one night or six nights gets 2 bottles only, I'm sure you can do better. Also the 10 minute lineup for breakfast is frustrating especially that the restaurant is empty. Print your lists and save everyone the waiting time. I would definitely stay there again, it's very convenient and staff are friendly.
