Staff members are very friendly and helpful, from the front office to housekeeping and maintenance. One front office staff member, Johnny, has gone the "extra mile" to assist. Being disabled and having difficulty walking, Johnny has come to my aid every time he is able, helping me up and down stairs or to walk to the office. His generosity and helpful attitude has blessed me and has made my lengthy stay safer and better. Only concerns are the bugs that are in the kitchen, bathroom and nightstand. They're drawn to water and the electrical outlet; and shakey wifi. Wifi VERY slow and sometimes takes hours to log on, especially at peak times.

I just have 1 thing to tell everybody dont waste your money in this place everything us in the worst condition that you can imagine dirty as hell even the courtains, also the room smell as smoke even the 1 star is much for this place.

Hotel was great! Close to almost everywhere in LA. We had an awesome experience. It is cheaper then most places. There’s a nearby donut shop, Mexican restaurant & a 7 eleven. Can’t wait to go back next year!
