Mission Bell Motel

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! The kitchen smelled like gas and was infested by ants. The fridge had tons of mold and rust on it and it did NOT WORK. The beds almost broke in half when we laid on them. The shower was leaking. Everything was out dated and dirty. The room smelled like dirty armpits. The area was dangerous at night and filled with homeless people. I stayed here with my wife and kids and left right away. If i could leave a negative review i would. Indian family owned and very rude. How is this place even opened. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I booked this hotel through Expedia which I will have second thoughts about doing again. The room was dirty. The floor was tile but there was hair and dirt along the edges of the floor and a cockroach in the bathroom. The comforter was stained with some liquid. The manager and his wife were very intrusive and asked personal questions.

Before letting us in to view the room the host slipped his arm through the front door to turn on the lights, He waits a second before opening the door to let us in, that was strange. The room was clean but had an odd smell which we overlooked. 15 minutes after accepting the room I turned down yellow stained comforter to find 4 long black hairs, 2 on the pillows one mid down and one at the foot of the bed. Immediately we decided not to stay and asked for a refund. The host said no. After going back and forth he agreed. Well, I received my statement today and found that Mission Bell had charged my card and did not revers the charge. In addition to not refunding the charge the following day Mission Bell charged my card again for a second night.
