Wyndham Garden Ventura Pierpont Inn

Such a great place. Beach views, an attentive staff, and PERFECTLY located near downtown Ventura. It’s a cozy, throwback place that reminds me of summers on Cape Cod. Very clean room, all at a good price.

Last minute stay. Nice breakfast and ocean front property. A bit noisy and pricey for last minute but it did the job!

This is a historic inn with a nice view of the ocean across the freeway. First thing I noticed was the smell of the registration office. I hate to say it but it reminded me of a funeral parlor. It smelled old, musty and floral. We were given the room at the lower level which was quite creepy and dark. There were no security cameras so we felt wary that night. I killed a fly and a spider inside the room by the windowsill. Room smells like the lobby. They have a coffeemaker but you have to buy their small water bottle on display for $3.00 each which is ridiculous. Freeway noise was bad in the morning. Parking fee $10 again it should have been free. Continental breakfast was basic and mediocre. I would not stay here again.
