If you looking for a place to crash and a walk on Main Street then this is the place. kind of like a soviet holding room atmosphere . I liked the ease and location. Pool is out of order but it was not a hot week anyway. Best coffee is on the next block walking East on Main street. They get a service charge if you pay buy credit card. Covered parking but a homeless dude was lurking about . I told the manager and he chased him away. Fridge in the room a plus.

Great hotel with lovely staff and clean rooms. Will definitely be back, last place I stayed was a dump. This place is a huge upgrade and also cheaper than the other place in town that ripped me off. Highly recommend America Best Value

I normally do not expect much from a motel in this price range but this one served the purpose well. It was well located in the city centre and near the hospital which is what we desired. AK was very accommodating and happy obliged our request. Rooms were pretty basic but clean and they are in the process of some basic painting and renovations. Internet was poor but AK said they were about to install a new system the following week so it should be better by now.
