Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Woodland

This motel was a pleasant surprise on my road trip. I have severe pet allergies and it's a "NO PETS" motel. Located in a quiet downtown neighborhood. The room was large with a very comfy bed and pillows. The room was clean and tidy. All the appliances worked. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beyond the "not exciting" area, it is a fairly old structure although with some small updates. Cleanliness... could be improved, reception closed at night until 8.30 in the morning.... Found a nice cockroach in the bathroom... how disgusting

I've stayed here a half dozen times to visit my sister nearby over the past 3 years. It's cheap and I'm not picky but this visit no sound on my room TV and electrical issues with bedside light. They came in and fixed the TV but an hour later problem was back. Bedside light shorted in and out all evening. Put me is a smoking room by mistake but I let them off the hook for that. New management still figuring out how to run the place. Beware.
