Nothing in Aspen has this level of ease. The bellmen have been there for 10 years. They pick you up and check you in effortlessly. Breakfast is included and so nice to meet other families. The location is the best in Aspen. A lot of units are owned giving it a family feel compared to to most hotels. We walk into town 4 times a day because it’s so close. We love the pool and hot tub. The gym is small but has everything for cardio and strength.

An excellent hotel-like experience in a fractional ownership (not timeshare) property. The units in this facility were renovated quite recently and everything looks to be in excellent condition. It is definitely one of those very heavy, dark wood, oversolid types of design - nothing modern-looking about it. The location is excellent, being very close to the lifts and a short walk to all of downtown. City Market nearby is an excellent (though pricey) grocery option for stocking the pantry for your visit. The facility offers a small breakfast buffet (think muffins, apples and hard-boiled eggs), which is nice for when you do not want to make something in your own kitchen. The kitchen in our unit was excellent, with full supplies and good quality appliances. The gym facility is disappointing, with a very small room and machines that are almost touching. Hopefully you spend your time hiking or skiing instead of wanting to work out!

We had a massive 2100 square foot, 3 BR residence in the heart of Aspen for a week. This place is very cozy and comfortable. The new updates look great (far better than when i was last here in 2020 and it was still Hyatt). The staff were super friendly from the bellman, to the concierge and the daily housekeeping. Location is top notch. You can basically park your car and not touch it for a week. Pool and hot tubs were gorgeous and never crowded. Super enjoyable stay.
