Inn at Aspen by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

We were there in Sept, so cannot comment about this place during ski season. But off season, it was great. Loved the hot tubs, and the fireplace in lobby. Free (delicious) coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 in lobby. Do wish the pool was a little warmer. They have shuttles that basically are your own free Uber and take you wherever you want to go. Hotel is about 5 minutes from downtown. Got great "locals" advice from shuttle drivers and hotel staff. Room was updated. Balconies are small and only 1 chair which is weird when you are a couple wanting to sit outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Inn at Aspen! Staff members (particularly Emma, Roda, Marcelo, Jeri and Eyup) were exceptionally friendly and professional, and they helped us with our every need. Shuttle transportation into town was convenient and the app was easy to use. Our room was comfortable and the kitchenette came in handy. Our only complaint was that noise from the hallway seemed to carry and it might be helpful to have a sign posted enforcing quiet hours. Overall, though, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here!

The Inn at Aspen was wonderful all the way around! From the friendliness of the staff including the shuttle drivers to the onsite amenities it was perfect for myself and my friend. Stayed in a 2 queen deluxe room which had a very nice layout and bathroom. The room and all the hotel facilities were very clean and nice decor. The large pool area looking up on the mountains was an added benefit that we ended up using twice and enjoying. The hotel location is at Buttermilk Mountain, but with the easy shuttle service it was very convenient to be dropped and picked up in Aspen. The onsite restaurant was an extra plus, and everything we had there was good. I am very picky about my hotels and I can say that this hotel met and exceeded every expectation and hope, especially at this price point in a very expensive market. I would love to return and enjoy this hotel in the winter time with snow and the fireplaces and all the other amenities.
