We stayed at this same condo last year and had completely different experience this year. We were embarrassed to bring our friends here, especially since we were charged much more than last year. The air humidifier quit, cards stopped working on second day-went to front desk and were questioned repeatedly if we already checked out, broken reclining chair, no one at front desk with sign saying they would be right back-we stayed for 30 minutes, ran out of toilet paper-front desk person said she would bring some up & no one came, checked with them again later-they have “supply issues” & we could go buy some and get reimbursed, master bedroom bed completely sagging in middle, curtains do not cover entire window, carpet very dirty.

I would give them 0 stars.. I don’t know how they have this many stars… we booked for 1 week (1/18-1/25) stay. Landed on Saturday and checked in to find out that there’s NO HEAT and NO HOT WATER during the winter vortex! We notified the management right away and no one came until Wednesday (5 days after check in 😢). Finally HOA Dave and Grant has acknowledged the issue and quickly tried to fix it but still nothing. Dave was able to get Hot water going and gave us a portable heater bc no heat, he said an electrician will be coming 1/23, 5 days after we have checked in wtf! Today is Thursday 1/23 as I’m writing this and still have no heat from the baseboard and only using a space heater HOA gave us. I will be cautious when renting here!
