Holiday Inn Express Canon City

The worst customer services expiriance with Darren at frint desk young distrube man . When i check in he was having dificulty checking us in . He was not aware of payment procces then room etc . He talk about him self and his private life litlle to much . when We get to a rooms out was two beds we book one When i vome Back to desk and ask for the king bed as we book and he give me at frist He was Rude and direpectfull . we ask to talk to manager who directed him to call police in us . When police arrived they apologize so many times even in gront of them he was talking faulty language so Police officer ask him to stop talking . We leave hotel . and we miss out activites train ride . Darren Succed in his attempt to Make our stay been last ever in canon city .. General manager Steward or Stue apparently told him not to call him when he is off and when he call for assistance he was mad and that why he call vops on us . Beside me how ppl like Darren with 0customer services and no expiriance in postion can be runing hotel . I hope that he find help he needed and that his boyfriend and his boyfriend mom get travel again i have better services that he provide .. We love customer services that poluce provide that night .

The stay at this hotel was one of the worst and dirtiest stays we have ever had. The ac barely cooled the room, the bathroom was so dirty we had to put a towel down on the shower floor before we took our showers. It wasn't ready for us to check in. Overall just a terrible experience. We have stayed at several other best western hotels and have much better experiences.

Quick overnight here. Hotel is older, but clean. Room was comfortable. Staff were beyond nice and welcoming. Plenty of well-lit parking. Directly behind to IHOP, walkable to Chili's practically next door.
