Best Western Airport Inn

Worst experience ever! Key did not work! Tiolet plugged! No alternative restrooms or rooms available! Every request i made to make my stay tolerable was denied! DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this crack shack! Not even the homeless would stay here its that bad!!

The entrance to the Hotel was not kept up; the room was very dirty. The carpet was stained. I felt unsafe staying at that Hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for a family. The Hotel employees should be retrained in hospitality. They don't understand the basics of email, which is very important in the Hotel industry.

I honestly like the hotel I just wish they would fix their WiFi issues. And pay someone for housekeeping because nobody is cleaning the rooms or giving you towels. And I’ve been stay for almost a week
