I have traveled extensively and stayed at many five-star resorts around the world, so my expectations are always high. Taking a chance on The Broadmoor turned out to be one of the best travel decisions I've ever made. The photos and online reviews simply cannot capture the beauty, elegance, and atmosphere of this extraordinary resort. From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, with immaculate landscaping, stunning mountain views, and a timeless elegance that blends luxury with rich history. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained, making it a destination you never want to leave. The service is truly world-class. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. Even the other guests were friendly and courteous, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxing and inviting. What impressed me most was how much there is to experience. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventures, fine dining, golf, spa treatments, or simply a peaceful place to unwind, The Broadmoor offers something for everyone. You could easily spend several days here and still discover something new each day. The Broadmoor is far more than a luxury resort, it's a destination and an experience in itself. Its rich history, unmatched beauty, exceptional service, and endless amenities make it one of the most remarkable places I've ever visited. This hidden gem deserves a place on everyone's bucket list. I left with unforgettable memories and am already looking forward to my next visit. If you're considering a stay here, don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.

I want to give a shout out to the outstanding Valets, and Bellmen at the Broadmoor. They are on top of their game. Very prompt, efficient and organized. If you call for your car they bring it to the front door in a couple minutes. If you call for the Bellman they are at your door in a couple minutes. The Bellmen transport your luggage very quickly. All the Valets were great, but I can't remember their names. I'd like to give special thanks to Keith the Bellman. Keith went of of his way to help us move to another room. Thank you Keith.

nice staff, very nice staff. room was roasting hot so I couldn't sleep either of the two nights I was there. The management solution was a small portable fan to blow the hot air on me the first night and to tell me that another room was not an option. nice! prices are crazy high for all on-site dining (to be expected) but the food was like microwaved Sysco dinners at the Italian restaurant. Again, nice staff but more comfortable rooms at the motel 6 and better food at Panera. Oh, the golf course is quite nice!
